I'd like to supersize my thanks to my agent, Stephanie Kip Rostan, whose insight, humor, and patience were invaluable to me in trying to navigate this whole publishing maze. Not to mention she also happens to be the best agent in the world. Seriously. I also bow humbly at the feet of my editor, Beth de Guzman, who did for me the best thing anyone can do for any writer: she made my book better. Big love to Beth. And last, without trying to sound like I'm pandering, because I really mean this, I'd like to thank everyone who reads this book.
